BIZCOCHO DE YOGUR / LEMON YOGURT CAKE



Hoy en el blog como hacer un bizcocho fácil, rápido y buenísimo!




Antes de comenzar con los ingredientes, enciende el horno para que se vaya pre-calentando a 180 º. Busca un bol grande para empezar con la mezcla de ingredientes!



Y bien, aquí os dejo el resultado!

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs
1 cup of yogurt
3,5 cups of sugar
1 cup of olive oil
4 cups of self raising flour
Lemon skin 


Before you begin with ingredients, turn oven on 180 º. Look for a large bowl to begin with the mixture.

1. Put the eggs in the large bowl.
2. Add the olive oil, sugar, and yogurt. Stirring it.
3. Put in the self raising flour. If you have normal flour, put in the yeast too and mix it.
4. Stripes skin of a lemon, and add it.
5. Look for a good cake mould for put the mass, and put butter everywhere.
6. add the mass in the mould and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180º. Finally make sure that the cake isn,t crude. Check with something pointed. Disassembling the mold and your cake will be ready!
